• Church and profile information — details you add, such as your church name, role, website, location, logo, and brand colors.
• Content you submit — sermon notes, message text, and other material you paste or upload to generate outputs.
• Uploaded images and files — images you add to graphics and documents you upload for text extraction.
• Usage and security information — basic technical data such as log and device information needed to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the Service.
• Billing information — subscription and payment details are handled by our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers on our own servers.

We use the information above to:

• Provide and operate ChurchAIContent;
• Generate the content you request;
• Create and maintain your account;
• Process and manage subscriptions and billing;
• Maintain, improve, and troubleshoot the reliability of the Service;
• Protect the security and integrity of the Service and our users;
• Provide customer support and respond to your requests.

We do not sell your personal information.

To generate the outputs you request, content you submit (such as sermon notes and message text) may be sent to third-party AI providers. Those providers process the content to fulfill your request. Please do not submit information you are not authorized to share. Generated output can contain inaccuracies and should be reviewed — see the AI content disclaimer in our Terms of Service.

We use trusted third-party service providers to help operate ChurchAIContent. These providers may support functions such as hosting, authentication, database storage, payment processing, email delivery, analytics, security, and AI-powered content generation.

These providers may process information on our behalf only as needed to provide their services to us and are subject to their own privacy, security, and contractual practices.

We may update or change service providers from time to time as our technology and business needs evolve.

We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from Settings; deleting your account removes your profile, generated content, and messages, and cancels any active subscription. Some information may be retained for a limited period where necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, or complete billing records. Backups and logs are cleared on a rolling basis.

You can review and update your profile, change your account settings, and delete your account from the dashboard. If you need help with your data or have a privacy question, contact us at support@churchaicontent.com.

ChurchAIContent is intended for pastors, church staff, ministry leaders, and adult members. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us at support@churchaicontent.com and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date above.
