Terms of Service

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials and for activity conducted through your account. You agree to provide accurate information and promptly update information that becomes inaccurate.

If you use ChurchAIContent on behalf of a church, ministry, organization, or other entity, you represent that you have authority to do so. You are responsible for ensuring that content submitted through your account is content you are authorized to use.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Submit content you do not have the right to use;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data;
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service;
• Circumvent usage limits, billing controls, security measures, or access restrictions;
• Use automated methods to abuse or overload the Service;
• Use the Service to create or distribute unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or harmful content;
• Impersonate another person or organization without authorization.

We may investigate suspected misuse and take reasonable action to protect the Service and its users.

Certain plans may allow multiple users to participate in the same church or organization account. Account owners and administrators may be able to invite, remove, or manage other team members and their permissions.

Users who join an organization account may have access to information and content shared within that organization according to their role and permissions. Organizations are responsible for managing authorized users and removing access when it is no longer appropriate.

You retain ownership of the content you submit and the outputs you generate. You grant us the limited rights necessary to operate, maintain, and provide the Service, including processing, storing, transmitting, and using your content as needed to provide requested features.

Some features may rely on third-party service providers that process information on our behalf as described in our Privacy Policy.

Certain features of the Service use artificial intelligence and automated technologies to assist with creating, organizing, transforming, or presenting content. AI-generated output may contain errors, omissions, inaccuracies, unexpected results, or information that requires additional review. Content involving Scripture, factual claims, dates, names, quotations, or other important information should be independently reviewed before use.

ChurchAIContent is designed as an assistance and productivity tool. You are responsible for reviewing, verifying, editing, and approving content before you publish, teach, distribute, or otherwise rely on it. The Service does not replace pastoral judgment, biblical study, professional advice, or spiritual discernment. We do not guarantee that generated content will be accurate, complete, appropriate, unique, or suitable for a particular purpose.

ChurchAIContent may offer free, trial, and paid subscription plans with different features, usage limits, account limits, and other benefits. Current plan options, pricing, billing periods, and included features are displayed on our Pricing and Billing pages and may change from time to time.

Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis according to the plan and billing period selected at checkout unless canceled. Payments are processed through third-party payment service providers. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information and maintaining a valid payment method where required. Your access to certain features may depend on your current subscription, usage allowance, or account status.

We may modify our plans, features, usage limits, or pricing from time to time. When required, we will provide reasonable notice before changes affecting an existing paid subscription take effect. Changes to pricing generally apply to future billing periods rather than charges already paid, unless otherwise required by law.

You may cancel a paid subscription through the available account or billing controls. Unless otherwise stated, cancellation prevents future renewal while access to paid features generally continues through the end of the current paid billing period. Cancellation does not automatically create a refund. Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy.

Refund requests and eligibility are governed by the ChurchAIContent Refund Policy. Where applicable, the Refund Policy explains refund windows, billing-error handling, cancellation, and other refund-related terms.

ChurchAIContent may rely on third-party services to provide parts of the Service, including infrastructure, authentication, payments, communications, analytics, security, artificial intelligence, and other technical functions. We are not responsible for the independent acts, policies, availability, or performance of third-party services except to the extent required by applicable law. Your use of certain third-party functionality may also be subject to the terms and policies of those providers.

We work to keep ChurchAIContent available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. The Service may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, updates, technical problems, third-party outages, security issues, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. We may modify, suspend, replace, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary.

Except for content submitted or generated for users, the Service and its underlying software, design, branding, features, interfaces, documentation, and other materials are owned by or licensed to ChurchAIContent and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of ChurchAIContent intellectual property to you.

You may stop using ChurchAIContent and delete your account subject to the available account controls. We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access where reasonably necessary, including for violations of these Terms, fraud or suspected abuse, security threats, nonpayment, attempts to bypass plan or usage restrictions, legal requirements, or conduct that creates significant risk to ChurchAIContent or other users. Where appropriate, we may provide notice or an opportunity to resolve the issue.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChurchAIContent is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not make warranties that the Service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, accurate, or suitable for every intended use. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ChurchAIContent will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to use of the Service. This may include loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.

We may update these Terms from time to time as ChurchAIContent evolves or as legal, operational, or technical requirements change. When changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date. Where required, we may provide additional notice. Continued use of the Service after updated Terms become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
